Heels & Feels provides a safe and supportive space for women to dance!
Whether you join us to disconnect from the day to day, to have fun and feel good or to explore and express your sensuality and vulnerability, we are here to support you.
Our core focus is to ensure you feel seen and supported.

We are passionate about providing high end beginner dance classes to women of ALL ages and walks of life. We believe every woman deserves to experience the incredible feeling of putting on a heel and dancing from a place of pure joy.

CHERELLE JAY
Founder, Managing Director and Teacher

Cherelle is one of the UK's leading and most recognised dance instructors and performers who has excelled as a young entrepreneur with her international dance and wellbeing company ‘Heels and Feels', her hospitality & entertainment agency ‘COnnex’ and her ability to connect and empower individuals through her coaching and teaching work.

MANON
Head of Operations, Events and Teacher

A trained professional dancer who had the privilege of working professionally within the dance industry across the world and fell head over heels for dancing in heels (excuse the pun)!
Having then transitioned into working in event management for some of London’s biggest event brands, it felt only natural to merge her love and skills for dance and event management to get stuck into the behind the scenes of H&F!

SHADEE
Social Media Manager & Brand Strategist

A social media guru with a passion for all things dance!
Having trained in acting and singing and moving on to a career in marketing, joining the Heels & Feels team felt completely organic.
Shadee is a strong advocate for female empowerment, supporting women and she loves to see other women winning and being unapologetically themselves.

Shadee is a creative through and through and loves dance and everything that comes with the creative industry!
