General Class Terms & Conditions for Heels and Feels Creative Ltd. By securing a space and confirming payment, the Participant agrees to the terms set out below. Separate Membership Terms apply to memberships at participating locations.
Last updated: 1 September 2026
By securing a space and confirming payment, it is agreed that the Participant understands and accepts the following terms.
Throughout this document, Heels and Feels Creative Ltd., respective management, employees, representatives, successors and assigns shall be referred to as “We,” “Us,” or “Our.”
Throughout this document, Class refers to Signature, Entry Level & Beginner, and Spotlight classes, including any internal or external events operated under the Heels and Feels Creative Ltd. brand.
The person taking part in, or present at, the Class (“Participant” or “You”) hereby agrees that they are physically fit and without any medical condition that has not been cleared by a qualified medical professional.
Any past or present physical ailments, injuries, or health concerns must be disclosed at the time of booking a Class and reiterated to the instructor at the start of each Class.
You acknowledge that participation in physical activity involves inherent risks of injury or illness. You agree to participate voluntarily, accepting full responsibility for Your own health and wellbeing.
If You are pregnant, injured, or have any condition that could affect Your ability to participate safely, You must obtain written clearance from Your GP or relevant medical professional before taking part in any Class.
You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor and not to participate beyond Your own abilities. If You become unwell or feel unsafe during a Class, You must stop immediately and notify the instructor.
Strobe lighting, low lighting, and sound effects may be used during Classes. Participants who may be affected by these conditions should inform Us prior to booking and must take personal responsibility for monitoring their response during the Class.
We may photograph or video Classes for the sole purpose of promoting Heels and Feels Creative Ltd. across Our platforms. If You do not wish to appear in promotional material, You must inform Your instructor before the Class begins.
All choreography, teaching content, and associated materials are protected intellectual property owned by Heels and Feels Creative Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction, filming, or teaching of any Class content is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to amend the Class schedule, substitute instructors, or make venue changes when necessary. If a Class is cancelled by Us, You will be offered a transfer or refund.
We reserve the right to deny participation or remove any Participant whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive, without obligation to provide a refund or reschedule.
Classes must be booked and paid for in advance through the official online booking system. Walk-ins are not permitted. Any Participant not listed on the class register will be unable to participate.
All bookings are for the personal use of the Participant only and cannot be transferred or shared with another individual, except where a transfer is permitted under Booking Transfers below.
If You are unable to attend a Class You have booked, please read Booking Transfers and Cancelling a Booking below. To keep the value of Your booking You must transfer it — cancelling will forfeit it.
All bookings are non-refundable.
If You cannot attend a Class You have booked, transferring Your booking is the only way to keep its value. Transferring moves Your booking, or a bundle credit, to another eligible Class. Cancelling is different — it releases Your space and forfeits the booking (see Cancelling a Booking below).
Cancelling a booking is final. When You cancel, the booking is voided, marked as cancelled, and Your space is released back to the Class.
Once a booking is cancelled, the credit is lost. It will not be returned, transferred or refunded, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation is made. This applies to single bookings and to credits used from a bundle.
If You are unable to attend and want to keep the value of Your booking, You must transfer it at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time (see Booking Transfers above) rather than cancelling.
Cancelling is final and forfeits Your booking. To keep Your credit, always transfer Your booking — never cancel it.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations, no-shows, illness, injury, change of mind, scheduling conflicts or any other personal circumstances preventing attendance.
All bookings are non-refundable. The value of a booking can only be retained by transferring it at least 24 hours before the Class — see Booking Transfers. Cancelling a booking forfeits it — see Cancelling a Booking above.
Any refund, transfer or booking amendment granted outside of these Terms & Conditions is provided entirely at the discretion of Heels & Feels as a goodwill gesture.
Such exceptions do not amend these Terms & Conditions and should not be relied upon as precedent for future requests.
By participating in a Class, You acknowledge and accept that all exercise activities carry inherent risks.
You waive any claim against Heels and Feels Creative Ltd., its franchisees, instructors, and affiliates for any injury, illness, or damage sustained before, during, or after Your participation, except where directly caused by Our proven negligence.
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the Participant. We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property while attending a Class.
You agree to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow Participants at all times.
Abusive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or unsafe conduct will result in removal from the Class and possible exclusion from future sessions without refund.
Minimum age for participation is 18 years.
Participants may be required to provide proof of age upon request.
Appropriate clothing must be worn, including suitable footwear for the Class type.
For safety reasons, large jewellery, accessories, and items that may interfere with movement should be removed prior to participation.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect legal, operational, or policy changes.
The latest version will always be available via the official booking platform.
We collect and store Your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Your information will only be used for administrative, operational, or marketing purposes related to Your bookings or purchases with Us.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of Your data at any time by contacting [email protected].
We are not liable or obliged to provide refunds or compensation for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond Our control, including but not limited to illness, venue closure, adverse weather, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Where possible, alternative dates or credits may be offered at Our discretion.
We operate an inclusive, respectful environment.
Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward instructors or other Participants will result in immediate removal from the Class and suspension of Your ability to book future Classes, without refund.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These Membership Terms apply only to Heels & Feels memberships purchased at participating locations. Not all locations offer memberships, and availability may vary.
They are separate from, and in addition to, the general Class Terms & Conditions above. Where the two differ in respect of a membership, these Membership Terms govern. By purchasing a membership You agree to these terms.
Memberships are only available at participating Heels & Feels locations and only where offered for sale. Availability, pricing and included benefits may vary by location, and a membership offering may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
A membership is personal to You. It cannot be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else, and credits cannot be pooled across accounts.
The Mini Membership provides 8 class credits per membership month, which may be used across both Signature and Spotlight Classes at participating locations, subject to availability and eligibility.
This is a credit-based membership, not an unlimited membership. One credit is required per class booking unless We state otherwise.
Credits are provided for the membership month only. Unless We state otherwise in writing, unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each membership month when Your membership renews.
Classes are booked in advance through the official online booking system using Your credits, in the same way as any other booking. Class availability is not guaranteed, so We recommend booking early.
Credits have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person or account.
Our usual 24-hour policy applies to every booking made with membership credits. To keep a credit when You cannot attend, You must transfer the booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time (see Booking Transfers above).
Cancelling a booking forfeits the credit used, in line with Cancelling a Booking above. A forfeited credit is not returned to Your membership and does not extend Your membership month.
Need to change a class? Transfer Your booking rather than cancelling it, or contact us if you need help — cancelling will lose that credit.
Your membership is paid monthly in advance by recurring payment. By purchasing, You authorise Us and Our payment provider to automatically charge Your chosen payment method each month.
Your membership renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled, at the price in effect at the time of renewal.
We may change membership pricing or included benefits. Where We do, We will give You at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect, so You can cancel before renewing if You do not wish to continue.
If a payment fails, We may retry it and/or suspend access to Your membership benefits until payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel a membership where payment cannot be collected.
You may cancel Your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month, You must cancel at least 48 hours before Your renewal date.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your membership, and any remaining credits for the current month, remain available until the end of the month You have already paid for, after which access ends and any unused credits expire.
We do not provide refunds or pro-rata credit for the remainder of a paid membership month.
Membership fees are non-refundable, including for unused credits, missed or forfeited classes, or where You do not use Your membership during a given month.
This does not affect any rights You may have under applicable consumer law.
The general Terms & Conditions above — including Health & Participation, Booking Transfers, Cancelling a Booking, Liability, Participant Conduct, Data Protection and Governing Law — also apply to Your membership.
We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
