UK Delivery:

We aim to send all orders within 7 days of purchase. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class post..

International Delivery:

We aim to send all orders within 7 days of purchase. International post tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

EUROPE

We can deliver to the following countries/territories via International Tracked & Signed Delivery: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France (inc. Corsica, Monaco), Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (inc Azores, Madeira), Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (inc Balearic & Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey.

We can deliver to the following countries/territories via International Tracked Delivery: Norway and Estonia.

NON-EUROPE

We can deliver to the following countries/territories via International Tracked & Signed Delivery: Aland Islands, Argentina, Barbados, Belize, Cameroon, Cambodia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cook Islands, Ecuador, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Lebanon, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea (the Republic of), Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United States and Vanuatu.

We can deliver to the following countries/territories via International Tracked Delivery: Brazil and Israel.

RETURNS

All sales are final, we cannot offer refunds for delivered items unless the item is faulty.

Cancellation policy for regular classes upto 1.5hrs in length:

If you can no longer attend class, you can manually cancel your booking and reschedule for another day via your H&F account
if your booking is cancelled 24 hours of more before the class start time.
Refunds are available to customers by emailing info@heelsandfeels.com as long as the booking is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the class start time.

If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours prior to the class, we are unable to offer a refund however we ask that you please always cancel your booking to make room for other students.

Cancellation policy for any other workshops or classes up to 6hrs in length:

If you are unable to attend, we are unable to offer refunds or credits under any circumstances at any point. We are happy to change the name of your booking if you are able to sell your spot to someone else. Please inform us of this by emailing info@heelsandfeels.com.

Cancellation policy for courses, intensives, concept videos or programmes over 6hrs in length (excluding retreats):

If you are unable to attend, we are unable to offer refunds or credits under any circumstances at any point. We are happy to change the name of your booking if you are able to sell your spot to someone else. Please inform us of this by emailing info@heelsandfeels.com

Late cancellations due to COVID19 are not entitled to refunds or rescheduling.

PLEASE READ OUR MEMBERSHIP POLICIES CAREFULLY

There is no sign up or cancellation fee when purchasing any Heels & Feels membership.

Please ensure you make a booking for class using your membership to attend class as 'on the spot turn ups' will not be admitted to class. This ensures we have full knowledge of our capacity for each venue and are adhering to health and safety in each of the studios we hold classes.

If you have an existing membership and your card declines for a payment, you will be notified.
You will need to log into your Heels & Feels account to adjust/correct your billing details otherwise your membership will be automatically cancelled after a second attempt of payment.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please email us at info@heelsandfeels.com so one of our team members may process this for you.
Please ensure your cancellation is made no less than 48 hours prior to your membership renewal as Heels & Feels are not liable for refunds after a contract has renewed.

If for any reason you are unable to attend class, we do not allow other students to attend class in your place. Please be sure to cancel your space to make room for other students.

All credits for classes on memberships must be used as they will not be carried over to the next month.
